" An excellent customer experience with Mr Angelov from Thrifty at Sofia Airport. Highly recommended! Car was in great condition and drove well. Speedy pick-up. Only slight grudge regarding the time taking to drop off the keys and getting the car inspected at the end of the rental, which took a bit too long, but on the plus side, you get an all clear on the spot and peace of mind! "
