On returning the car, the same employee was working and the experience was similar. No real interest in customer engagement. Took keys and documents and that was it. Later that day I received a brief email about "new damage" being found on the car. Though I do not believe the damage was sufficiently bad to warrant an insurance claim I had to complete an "accident report". I also do not believe the damage has been repaired, but has simply been noted. Nevertheless I have been billed €480 + €60 admin. Which I will be reclaiming through the cover provided by Auto Europe.
