" I find it annoying that Auto Europe states we need to print and have our voucher with us. Yet everytime I show it to the check in staff at the car hire desk, they say they don't need to see it and never even peruse it. You could save us ink and paper if this isn't a requirement. "

" Arrived 30 minutes late due to flight delay, was charged €46.80 because Auto Europe hadn't notified Thrifty of my flight number (I had done this on 3 occasions). When I returned car, no-one at desk with a notice saying 'back in 15 minutes', waited 25 minutes then someone from another company stepped in and helped me + 4 other customers with our drop offs out. "
