" Insurance was very misleading, and on initial inspection of the vehicle which we conducted on our own with no rep present, we were provided with 5 photos of previous minor damages and after we conducted a thorough inspection which took us an hour we provided 20 Photographs of other damages not recorded. We also conducted the inspection in a dark area with no lighting , however when we dropped the car off after hire the agent attended with a flash light to inspect if there were any further damages. Theses issues were stressful ful and because of the misleading insurance coverage made every car journey a stress full experience. "

I took lots of photos and videos before and after as it was not easy to check. "

Mr. Szoroka did not try to push us to purchase extra insurance (as other companies do), and also provided us with great tips about the islands, rules of how / where to park, etc. On a scale of 1 - 10, he was a 20! AT NO TIME WAS I INFORMED OF THIS FEE UNTIL I ARRIVED SO HAD NO ALTERNATIVE THAN TO PAY IT IF I WANTED TO COLLECT THE CAR.
