With 6 races left this season it was all to drive for at Monza. For the first time this year there was not a Red Bull on the front row of the grid. Mark Webber manged to get 4th but was up against it! Jenson Button got off to a great start taking the lead off Fernando Alonso very early on. Tragically Lewis Hamilton collided with Filpe Massa and lost his front right wheel. Alonso wasn't letting Button get too far in front of him. Lap 21 saw Sebastian Vettel shouting about engine trouble and Webber overtook him to take seventh place. With all the attention given to Ferrari and their 'team orders' allegations, speculation was rife that he was just letting Webber past to give him a better chance of the title. There was quite a bit of corner cutting in this race and Jamie Rosso got a drive through penalty for doing so.| Driver | Team | Time |
