Our Top Five: Orlando Attractions

One of the best family holidays ever? It could very well be the case, Orlando has so many attractions to choose from that how can you possibly know where to start? We take a look at the top 5 attractions in Orlando, Florida that will leave you with a great sense of the most brilliant family holiday ever!

1. Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom - It would be silly not to have the Magic Kingdom in the Top 5, with 7 amazing lands of fantasy - Main Street, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Liberty Square, Frontierland, Adventureland and Mickey's Toontown Fare - it will be a great day out for the family, and in the evening you can watch the Cinderella parade with fireworks.


2. Sea World Orlando - Orlando's Number 1 marine adventure park where you can not only enjoy the entertainment of shows, attractions, thrill rides and entertaining exhibits, you can learn about the marine life and conservation projects. Watch Shamu in the Killer Whale show, take a tour of the Wild Artic, enjoy the Penguin encounter plus so much more!


3. Discovery Cove - Now this is definitely one place that you should take your family. Here you can swim with dolphins and stingrays! You can also dive among some the most beautiful coral reefs, admiring the most exotic marine life. Spend some time feeding the birds, play on the beach or just relax in a hammock and watch the world go by.
4. Kennedy Space Center - Since America's Space program started, the Kennedy Space Center has been there to tell the story. Full of aircrafts, events and entertainment, it is an out of this world attraction. Being six times larger than Manhattan, and having the opportunity to watch space shuttles take off if you go at the right time, what are you waiting for?


5. Harry Potter Theme Park (Opens Spring 2010) - In Universal Orlando Resort, this theme park is set to be a great success. Tour the world of Hogwarts, ride on the Hogwarts express, thrill seekers will have two roller coasters to choose from, eat at the restaurant called Three Broomsticks and don't forget to take a souvenir home with you. Ok, so it's not open yet, but I am sure it's going to be one of the biggest attractions in Orlando when it does!
