Wake up to reality after holidays!

It's over, the Christmas and New Year holidays are gone. We wake up and realise we won't be able to have that delicious food, sleep long, or just be lazy... A new year - new resolutions or hard time getting back on track?

Here we have some tips to overcome the holiday end crisis:
    1. Music. Wake up with your favourite music. Whatever you like, heavy metal or Chopin, play your music in the morning, sing, dance, and enjoy the feeling of happiness!
    2. Don't check your bank account. It's forbidden. Don't ask yourself why did you spend so much on Christmas; it's spent, gone, over! Carpe diem!
    3. Prolong the holidays. The new year beginning can sometimes be stressful. You haven't got used to the leisure of being on holiday and it's already gone! Do you have a Christmas tree at home? Spend some time in front of it, read, spend time with your beloved ones, cuddle; it's as simple as that.
    4. Tidy up. Cleaning can be therapeutic. Get rid of the leftovers, clean your flat, let some fresh air in, do the laundry. You'll notice, you feel better.
    5. Get back on track. Holidays can spoil our everyday rhythm of sleeping, eating or socializing. Come back to your routines slowly. Step by step - go to sleep earlier, eat less, and start your new year's calendar.
    6. Move. Physical exercises will help you adjust to reality. Make a change. You've been lazy all the holidays!
    7. Plan your future holiday - our favourite! Think of where you would like to travel this year. Make plans for your holidays, our Destination Guide can help you with that!

Nothing makes you feel better, when the holidays are gone, than the thought of your future holidays!
