" The sgf member drove to airport and parked, collected us at arrivals and escorted to car, it was dark but all paper work was done in the car which is rather unprofessional but the guy was very ice and the same for Dropoff. The car was dirty and only had 1/4 tank so we had to fill up quick on a long journey in unfamiliar country. Lots of sand in back seats, but the car mechanicaly was super "

" Not a good experience "

" When I arrived to the airport I didn't find the car or anyone waiting So I have to wait nearly 1hour to get the car In the middle of holiday one of the tyres had exploded and cause me to crush to stone on the road and cause a lot damage to the car I paid them 5000 Dinar and they didn't give me an other car after they promised me with one So I have to rent new car from a different company for the last 8 days costing me 1000 dinar "

" contrary to your paperwork there was no desk in terminal and the car supplied was way inferior to the type booked, A replacement was supplied after 3 days but also of a poor quality. "

" An absolute disaster. A car falling to pieces with 118.000 Kms on the clock, with over 30 knocks and bumps all too apparent and, worst of all, with no brakes working well, only metal griding, risking twice an accident in the first day "

" Please check the reliability of your third parts. Budget is not serious in Tunis. Bad experience! "

" The problem was Budget, not Auto Europe. They have no office there (you have to wander the gate to find them asking to other companies where is the budget staff), and they rent the same car one client to another without any check in between: the car was dirty, you have to give your credit card to a guy without any uniform or Budget shirt, they sweep your credit card in the middle of the street, they forgot to gave us all the documents, so they call us back the very next day to join us to deliver the documents (and we had to break a business meeting for that...) almost without a "sorry"... never again Budget in Tunis! "
