Also the number we were given was incomplete. The UK staff were not at all helpful. We also discovered when collecting the vehicle that the insurance was not with ACE but with Auto Europe and any damage we would have to pay the first $4500 and reclaim it from you. Very poor staff and communications "

" We were versy disspoinnted to find out the day of collection that were not actually collecting the car from Perth airport as booked on website but that we were to be collected at Perth airport by a shuttle and taken to an office in Perth city somewhere. This is not what we wanted! Not only was the location for collection an issue but we arrived at the airport at 9.15am for our 10am collection and were still at the airport at 11.40am due to a driver not being able to find us, however following 3 phone calls to the office it was confirmed we were in the correct place. This delay cause issues for our family as we needed to be at a wedding venue which was 1.5 hours away and unfortunately as a result of the car not being at Perth airport to collect around 10 am and us not being collected by the shuttle until nearer midday we were late!! Not at all what I would have expected from your complany. We have since had an email from your company to say there was a set of keys found in the vehicle upon return and asked for us to call the office. At this point we were in Thailand and replied explaining that we were not able to call but asked if a photo of the keys could be sent to us, that was nearly 2 weeks ago now and we still have not had a reply! "

Excess block of $3000 dollars on credit card was fine for me as i knew it was coming (I had Auto Europe's refund cover) but may be tough for others without such a larger limit. No hard sell on extras, nice clean car, quick pick up and friendly staff. Much better then i had expected !! "
