" As always, I was really pleased with the experience with Auto Europe. "
" We had a great experience with AddCar. Our flight was delyaed and we arrived very late, yet someone was there waiting for us and although the cars are not at the terminal, we were transferred immediately and it is just a couple of minutes drive. The pickup and drop-off experience was extremely fast, professional and friendly. The car we had was in excellent condition and it was a throuroughly pleasant experience dealing with this company and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again on our next visit. "

" Autoeurope should stop working with companies that are dodgy. "
" DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! No one to check car back in. Sign form to say check will be done 24-48hrs. Next thing I have a £600 fee on my card. No receipt, no email of why - when they have my details, hang up the phone when I call to ask about it. Dodgy company - do not use!!! "

" I have been using AutoEurope for years and this is the worst experience I ever had "
" Addcar told me the CDW insurance purchased via autoeurope is not valid for that car and I would have to purchase their own to take the car. Addcar refused to inspect the car when returned and later charged for alleged damage. The "damage" is already present on photos taken at check-in time. When presented with evidence, AddCar has not yet replied or refunded. "
