" I'm a loyal client and I've been renting cars using autoeurope for more than 5 years and I have more than 25 reservations. I was frustrated with this experience for the first time "
" 1. Desk isn't located at the airport. You have to call to alamo to ask them to pick you up from the airport. 2. Car had a huge crack at the windshield. 3. Tank was almost empty! Had may be 9 litres in that! Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. 4. Alamo representative who checked out my car at drop off location said deposit hold on my credit card would be released in 10 days. Why? Where is this condition in my agreement? "

" Unacceptable "
" On arriving at the airport we got picked up in a very nice Peugeot 3008 witch was a very nice vehicle witch I was very pleased with as it was a big enough vehicle to get all our luggage into it we where taken to do the paper work and I was asked if this vehicle was good or did I require a bigger one at a extra cost of £6 per day no thanks the car we got picked up in is good,When I went out side to collect the car I find that all our luggage had been taken out of the 3008 & put into a smaller 2008 what is this I asked the man replyed (your car) no i said to small, he then said (no same size) after a lot of phone calls & arguing him saying it's same size & me saying no because the luggage wouldn't fit in the car they didn't have a Nissan Qashqai but insitted that the 2008 is ( same size ) I don't think so because I have one & all our luggage fitted in nice so a a result of this I don't think I will be using them. Very poor service from Enterprise "

" I have rented cars and I had a problem 2 times but no answer. First time on October I paired 700 as deposit and the deducted 171 without My information. In this time also the deducted money without proper reason . Also the there was take information about the insurance in ur website it was not clear as I paired extra money for the insurance "
