" The only negative was the man who took the keys from us when we returned the car. Very curt, even rude and unpleasant. Not helpful. Was he having a bad day possibly.? He was tall and thinning hair. His same sounded like Grook or Groud or something like that . Two other female customers commented to me that he was unpleasant to them too. Sorry to be negative. "

" Went to autosmenorca because of the good and positive reviews but will never go back, terrible experience. "
" Agent at the counter was terribly rude - he even got told off by his boss because he did not want to change anything but still, treated us very very badly. (not even looking at us) We never received the contract (he did not ask for an email address). Luckily the drop-off team advised not to leave without the contract - talked to the boss directly and he was super helpful (changed the key ring that was broken and not showing emergency number nor type of fuel) and printed the contract. "

" Great car and service. Very easy company with which to deal. Will definitely use again. Do take photos of any damage when you collect the car as there was nothing marked on our paperwork despite obvious marks; we would have been charged for a previous scrape without the photographic evidence. "

" We were given an upgrade to the car at no extra charge and as we were the only ones collecting a car at the time it was dealt with quickly. The only issue was that we did have to wait a while for the shuttle to pick us up for the collection of the car. When we returned the car we were dealt with immediately and there was no delay in the transfer to the airport. "

" Was offered 2 options for what i think was comprehensive insurance - one cheap and one i think more expensive but limited my liability. I asked if this was mandatory and i had to take one of them - i was told yes. I dont know if this was indeed mandatory especially when the booking voucher you sent me said all things were covered, so i feel i have been conned and was going to take this up with you. I am happy to be contacted about it. "

" I always use Auto Europe when hiring cars abroad and so far I have never been let down or disappointed. "
" I was hiring the car part way through my holiday and so I went directly to the rental office so I did not use the shuttle service but I did see it in action at the airport and it looked efficient. There were several desks at the office and so I did not have to wait, the process took only a few mins and then I was given my key and told it was a VW Golf (although I only booked a Fiat Panda) and the bay where it was parked. It was about one year old with 5500km on the clock, sat nav etc. All their cars were newer models in really good condition and should I go back to Menorca I would not hesitate to use them again. "

" All went well except we picked up a puncture. Autosmenorca provided a good service in that they helped with the puncture. However the cost of a new tire is expected to be up to 300 Euros. I know they are premium tires and that it is a holiday destination but all the same that is about double that I would expect. "
