" Thier facilities were totally inadequate, it was a car park with a shed. We were made to wait for the car which was not on site. They charged us 600 Euros for damage to the car we did not do. The damage was to the underside of the cill and it was not an area we looked at at the pick up inspection. They were soley focused on finding damage and charging every customer we saw drop off a car. Never again. If you use BENERENT just beware! "
" After ringing the company for being an hour late .. I was still gives a car with no lights to the right side and had to drive it for 2 weeks with no replacement or light fixed and a baby in the car .. when delivering the car was blamed for scratches in the car due to the staff (Joao Goncalves) writing superficial scratches and not specificity which scratches which were a lot of them .. will not be using this company again and do not recoment to any one "

" They are ok but you are required to be alert to their additional costs. We were advised (as it turns out correctly) that we needed to hire the automatic pass for the motorways as some motorways are electronic only. Our concern is that for six days that was 10 euros. If the car was hired out all the time they would have a revenue of over 520 euros!!! Naughty! "
