" Slow pick up from Lisbon airport and only got collected once I called the office. This should be mentioned in the paperwork to save waiting around for 45mins! Cleaning charge was added on at the booking which wasn't mentioned before. As the car needed to be spotless inside and out when returned this is a charge that has to be taken. it should have been in the initial charge and not a 'optional' add on. "

" This is the worst car rental place ever! Our plane was delayed and the rental place was closed! We even got a taxi over to the office to see if it was open which cost us 80 euros! And then headed back to the airport and hired from a more reliable rental place SIXT. "

" Horrible experience. I arrived at the meeting place at 8.05 pm. There was no one there, I went to the car rental balconies, after that to the car rental car park, and no info about BERENT. It was a co-worker from another company who told me that I should be at the taxi waiting area and call the shuttle. 8.15pm I called them and they told me that the shuttle left at 8pm at point... So zero waiting tolerance at an airport and I was 5 minutes late because of the passport control. No calls from them, no email saying where to go, no SMS about if I was in the airport or not. Unbelievable. In the end I payed 73€ for them to come to pick me at the airport. How should I know that they aren't located at the airport? How should I know where to go? Where is the customer experience to tell me where I am, where I should go, the zero waiting time tolerance...? Very dissapointing! "

Had to fill the oil myself on my first journey as the warning light came on 10 mins into the journey. Drop off had to wait 30 mins to be served as the system was down. "
