Trying contacting staff at the airport by phone but no one picked up the phone or when they pickup they say they are busy and cannot help, also staff at Av. Eng. Caetano Alvares not very helpful and when picked up the replacement car, not been given any contact in case of car breakdown. Some of the staff specially the guys dealing with drop offs are very courteous and helpful but cannot say the same for the staff at the airport unfortunately. "

I've tried to contact Autoeurope about this, but limited working hours have prevented me from contacting the right department so far.
