" autoeurope excellent as usual "

" This is fundamentally a good company but on this occasion one tyre was possibly defective. It deflated during the hire which may not be Budget's fault and on the upside they provide a full set of equipment including a pump. Definitely their problem though was oil in the front passenger seat well and funny business with the payments with money taken incorrectly and then a refund of a slightly different amount with no explanation. So considerable room for improvement. "

" An excellent broker. We have been using AutoEurope for the last few years. Their prices are competitive, they have a very fair free cancellation policy should it be necessary to change arrangements and on the few occasions we've had a problem they have picked up the phone promptly without the need to sit in queues. Any problems have always been immediately resolved. We're very happy with the service. "

" An immaculately presented car, just a couple of months old. This was our second rental this year with Budget at Dalaman airport. We will definitely be using them again next year. No issues, no delays upon collection or return, no hard sell of add ons and a really friendly team. They even came back and switched the dashboard language from Turkish to English for us when they saw us struggling to connect our iPhone music! A great experience. On both occasions we been given the exact car we requested, not an "equivalent" model as frequently happens with car hire companies. "

" The staff at the pick up and drop off vehicle were very friendly and efficient. The staff from the drop off point kindly drove me to the Bodrum international airport. There was two small issues with the car. The 5th seat belt at the back was stocked in the bank and the back sit zip was broken. The car was very efficient and clean. The deposit contribution taken at the pick up point was refunded within 3 days. overall a great experience and the price paid for the vehicle was fair. "

" All worked well, no queues. The only problem was that Autoeurope advised collection was the DOMESTIC terminal, not the INTERNATIONAL. That was wrong be we realised in advance and double checked. "

" Pick up was fine. Drop off was very busy due to the office being understaffed. Went to drop off location on voucher, to be told to then go to a different terminal. Then told to wait until they were free and obviously when we have a flight to catch this is far from ideal! We were eventually seen fairly quickly after explaining we were running late and given a lift to our terminal. Upon arriving back in the uk I noticed the "pre authorised deposit" wasn't actually pre authorised and was debited from my card, which I wasn't happy with as this then meant additional charges from my card supplier! "

" Budget were a safe bet as a known brand and quality of the car and pick up and drop off was good. Having a desk in the airport was important as a late arrival time. Speedy return of deposit. All in all a good experience. "

" Pick up arrangements at Dalaman should be described better. For Budget, it is "desk in domestic arrivals hall". You should make clear that this is a long walk from the international terminal and/or explain how to make contact with Budget so that they can bring the car to the international terminal. "

" Please see above about pick-up arrangements. We had no idea what to do and were helped by a rival car hire desk who phoned Budget and a man from Budget eventually found us outside the international terminal. The car provided was bigger than the one we had booked and was only 6 months old. We were disappointed that it broke down on the second day because the clutch fluid was dry. The other small complaint is that a deposit was actually taken from my credit card on pick-up and refunded on return by when the Turkish lira was worth less. On other occasions hire companies have used my credit card details as security, with no money changing hands. Otherwise, once contact was made with Budget, the pick-up and drop-off arrangements were fine. "

" No problems at all, straight forward booking procedure and a phone query answered promptly. "

" No indication in the International Terminal as to their location (Domestic Terminal). Had to ask at another car hire firm for directions, then a ten minute walk. At 11.00pm this is not fun. Bought additional insurance which I understood would cover all eventualities. I lost a wheel trim on the mountain road back to the airport and I believe they want to charge about 85 euros for a replacement (on a Fiesta). I thought the additional insurance should have covered this. Also the rental return directions at the airport are non-existent (not Budgets fault). "
