"The van was good, handover good (we'd never done this before), price very reasonable. But long way from Barcelona with complex/impossible public transport. Confusion over airport pickup - waited 2 hrs but nobody turned up. McRent have no phone contact middle of day so no local help. Found best/cheapest way to actually make journey is to get train, then taxi so this could have been advised before trip. On return, Spanish BH - waited ages for someone (arranged)to turn up."
