" I have used Autoeurope for years this is the first time I have had difficulty with the hire company but overall I am happy with the service I received from Autoeurope and will use and recommend the company "
" We were booked for 19:00 they came to the airport at 21:00 to collect us there staff didn't speak good English so didn't understand where we were we had to get a Turkish man to call them to ask where they were and all they said was we are coming over an hour later they finally arrived, the man who collected and dropped us back to AIrpirt was nice but the female counter staff were so rude it was an awful experience "

" At the pickup I arrived at the meeting point and no one from Carwizz was present. i phoned them and they said someone would arrive within 10 mins. If was more than 20 mins before they arrived. At the return I arrived at the agreed place, the same off-airport place i collected from but the security for the site said Carwizz had moved location 5 days ago and were no longer operating from here. The security staff phoned Carwizz and I was then sent a map location to return the car. When I arrived at that location I was told it was not the correct location but was somewhere else. Frustrating to put it mildly when I needed to catch my flight. The car was excellent and the price was good though. "

" la señora que nos atendio lo hiso de mala gana como si nos estuvira regalando el alquiler aparte que tome un seguro cuando alquile el coche me vi obligado a tomar un seguro a todo riesgo con cobertura total supremamente costoso y aun asi me exigio un deposito de 200 euros y el coche que me entregaron era de menor rango al que alquile me parese que son demaciado abusibos "

" Carwiz office is 5 mins down the road from the airport. We arrived late with 2 kids and we had no idea where to go. They eventually came and picked us up once we got through to them. Once we got there they tried to give us a smaller car. Once we'd sorted to a bigger (new) car everything else was great. Charming people. You need to however warm passengers that the rental company is a 5 minute drive from the airport and no one there to tell you./ pick you up, you need to figure it out. Car was great though. "

" No support from Autoeurope despite them providing a service that wasn't what was specifically requested at booking time. This is the second time they have just stepped aside when I've had a problem (previous time was when the insurance company added several extras to my rental that weren't requested). I won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them. "

" Booked with you as I thought we would pick the car up at the airport, we were picked up and taken to the car (not very clear ) , no instructions on what to do , who to call , ended up asking a security guy to assist . Thought I had taken out extra insurance have piece of mind " not so" , was told buy carwiz that I needed to pay another 140 euro to get full cover . Called into carwiz the day before return to ask if we could drop off at 07:00 hrs , no problem they said , the guy turned up 20 mins late on the day. Very disappointed. "

" We were not collected at airport until several calls were made and finally only after waiting an hour . The office staff were disorganised and another hour wasted on paperwork and waiting for car to be allocated. Car had service light fault showing which told to ignore. Also fuel empty and chewing gum stuck to door sill . In all a total shambles. "

" The credit card with charged for the deposit and not held as usually against the card. this meant that I have paid an extra £50 on exchange rates since the value was not locked and held. Which upsets me as the whole effort of getting a cost effective price goes out of the window. I want compensation for this difference and Auto Europe should be responsible for notify its customers of this possibility. Also the hard sell for additional insurance was painful dealing with Carwiz as it didn't stop they kept on pushing it even those I had the coverage from Auto Europe. As a customer experience this is dreadful. The car was returned 3 days early as well. "

" hi i paid extra money for premium insurance which covers pretty much everything. when i went to collect the car, they said it's not valid in Turkey, so i paid them again for the same thing. it was fraud and robbery in broad daylight. will not recommend them at all. also first time i hear you get an empty fuel tank and you return empty, horrendous experience. "

" AE staff were very helpful and kept me updated even tho' they had nothing to update me on. Overall a very disappointing experience from a well known name - although I appreciate it was one of your partner companies. "
" I made a mistake with the pick up time which I don't spot till I printed the voucher two days before departure. AE staff were helpful but the hire company didn't bother to respond to their requests to change the time despite several requests. Unfortunately they did not turn up when the flight arrived. Next day they called initially to give us a quote to deliver the car to us and almost immediately another person phoned back to say they didn't have a car available. Appreciate the mistake was mine but the lack of communication from one of your partners meant I didn't have the opportunity to at least book another vehicle for our late night arrival. "
