" Everything was excellent apart from when I got to the hire desk apparently my driving license on my enterprise app was out of date although the one I had was new, the gentleman said if I was not able to update my information on the app I would have to make a new booking. I did manage to update the app but it was stressful at the time. I could understand if it was my actual driving licence that was out of date but it wasn't just my app. If I had had to make a new booking it would have been at a much higher price and I would have felt disappointed with enterprise. "

When you hire a car from an airport in the Alps, in the winter and an airport that only serves the ski resorts, it's criminal not to have winter tyres on the cars. This would never happen at Munich airport or any of the Austrian airports. "

" At pick up and return there was only 1 member of staff in the "office". The person was efficient and it was good on pick up. On return there were a few more people awaiting pick up of their rental cars. The staff member just said to people returning to come to the front and just asked if there were any issues, to which replied no issues. My only concern would be that there is no inspection of the return vehicle at that time, which could lead to later damage and potential blame / loss of deposit. Although at this time i have not received any charges. "

" I am disappointed that having phoned Auto Europe to request snow tyres this request never reached Dollar in Chambery. We therefore had to cut short our last day of the holiday to sort out snow chains on the car why I was extremely time consuming and stressful . My belief is that the operative at Auto Europe did not pass on the request to Dollar hence why I would not recommend AE to a friend as customer service is very poor. Please can you contact me with a response to this complaint/ observation. "
" I explained that I was driving into the mountain and had contacted Auto Europe immediately following the booking to ensure the car came with snow tyres. When I arrived at Dollar I was told there was only one car available which had normal tyres. I therefore had to rent additional snow chains for 50 euros. We had to end up put the chains on due to heavy snow which ruined our last day on the mountain as this took over 2 hours. "

" Three problems on this rental - the car wasn't ready or even at the airport; once paperwork done we waited 45 mins for a car - It was a hybrid (good) but was supplied with the battery completely discharged - not good - biggest problem: when we returned it to GVA the agent alleged that a small deflection (less than 5cm in diameter) on the topside of the bonnet/hood was caused by us. Seems mots unlikely : we had driven to our destination, parked nose in in the garage, and riven back . impossible to see how we caused that and given the lateness in delivery of the car , we were not afforded the opportunity to inspect it "
