" Booking was simple and easy but I'm not sure any of the information provided was passed onto Dollar!?! "
" Pick up process was painful - had to go through mountains of paperwork and provide all the information that had already been completed when I booked on line. Then wait another 45 mins to be given the vehicle despite the car rental office being empty! The whole process took nearly 2 hrs. Totally unacceptable!! "

" The counter in airport, didn't actually do anything, we had to take bus to another counter and wait again. Car quite tatty and scraped, petrol cap broken, had weird engine noise and New oil needed warning came up during the rental so its obviously not being serviced regularly. Drop off was good and having free extra driver was good "

" Confusing that Dollar rental service actually provided by Hertz, otherwise fine. "
" All good apart from slightly long and complex pick-up process involving moving between several locations and members of staff. Car was fine except for missing parcel shelf. Drop-off location very difficult to find. "
