Last tripo they tries to palm me off with a lesser vehicle than I had booked. byt he tine I had finished arguing with front desk this added 45 mins to my journey. When I went to collection pint they still had wrong vehicle so spent another 45 minutes arguing over an acceptable vehicle. The vehicle I did receive had damages not recorded so I pointed this out and took photographs. Vehicle was not clean and was covered in bird excrement. Very dissatisfied with this last rental "

" Not very pleased.arrived airport late due to delay of flight and the rental office closed cost me money to ltake a taxi from the airport to Hoofdrop office getting there the office is shut, have to arrange for a cab to take me to Amsterdam about 12 midnight with families. Have spent over 60 euros. "

Normally I would have repaired this myself, but as it was on saturday, before the weekend, I decided to return it for a replacement. When we got the car, it had built-in SatNav anyway - which left us feeling that we were dealing with people who would charge whatever they felt they could get away with. " A little unsettling I had to have a 1000 euros bond put on my credit card when I was under the impression I was fully covered, the reason I chose auto Europe was because the car had FULL insurance. I was told that DOLLAR had to have the bond to cover themselves, because we had booked through you, and not them. "

" Car was not cleaned outside (was clean inside). Vehicle had a number of minor dents and scratches which were not recorded on the check sheet issued by Dollar. We made them correct this before we drove the car away. Don't see justification for charging 25 euros for early drop off as this simply meant putting keys in a box and no staff were there. "

" If I had received a detailed summary like the one on my screen at the moment (to the left of this survey) I would have noticed the 'See below for shuttle details' and would have read the instructions. One doesn't usually read the small print on the last page of the contract until things go wrong. This meant it took me more than half an hour to find the pick-up point. Staff at the info desk and other car hire companies (including Hertz, strangely) are not helpful. I think it is a great idea to have the company off-site and offer such competitive prices, but I think that as it is a fairly new concept, people need to be made more aware of the pick-up arrangements. "
