The first thing was that they could not get me assigned with the car on the computer system this took a long time, problem with the computer system not the Staff members fault. " i booked a 5+2 seater with europcar through auto europe and received the confirmation before going to pick up the car at europcar amsterdam airport. however, i was told that the booking wasn't a 5+2 seater car and europcar had only given me a 5 seater car. we travelled with a group of 7 people. even i had showed the europcar staff about the confirmation on a 5+2 seater car I received, his unhelpful and poor customer service really made us no choice but to accept the 5 seater. " When collecting the car I was not informed of the blue badge that is in the car, we where shown everything else that we need to see. I parked the car in a free 30min parking area to pick up some fruit from a shop, on returning to the car I had been given a 95 euro fine. A shop keeper came out to ask me if everything was ok so I showed him the fine and he said did you put the blue badge in the window, I said what blue badge, so had a look and found the blue parking badge that we had mistaken for a Disabled parking badge the same as here in the UK. I think as you supply the badges in the car you should inform your customers what the blue badges are for as part of the hand over. The fine and administration fee that you will add on will be more than what the car cost to hire for the 4 days, so with that it really did spoil our short break to Holland that we had been looking forward to for 6 months. "
