" This is the third time we have used Europcar. Our voucher stated that it included additional drivers which Europcar said was not on their booking info so had to pay extra. The car supplied was not in good condition having 142000 kilometres on the clock badly marked seats a warning message that it needed an oil change and towards the end of our holiday the engine management orange warning light was constantly illuminated. One of the worst hire cars I have ever had in over 30 years of renting cars abroad. The counter are staff are always friendly. Due to us being delayed by a whole day due to flight cancellations and a 2 hour drive ahead of us I couldn't be bothered to get into explaining why I wasn't happy with the car we just wanted to get on with our holiday. I did tell them when I returned the car how unhappy I was with it. "

" Office is on the domestic side of the airport which is like 2km. They have office in International Arrival and it was closed. Lot of hassle and understanding how they work. They took out navigation screen from the car and replace it with the local radio and cd player. Absolutely ridiculous. "

There was also some damage that had not been noted by the agent upon pick-up and the agent on drop-off tried to charge us for it.
