" Car rental desk at Helsinki airport very easy to find and we were welcomed by Emily and her colleagues. Very smooth handover and given a map to find the car in the terminal car park. The car was already for us full of petrol ready to go. On the return very easy to hand the car back and we took the trouble to go and find Emily to thank her or ranging it all for us. What I would like to know is when our deposit is going to be returned to our credit card please. "
" Emily at Helsinki airport was fantastic incredibly kind and patient very helpful indeed. One comment I shared with her is that the car we had was equipped with the USB c sockets... It would have been very nice to have been offered an adapter to allow us to plug in USB a equipment into the usb-c socket.. or even one to go in the cigarette lighter. These are inexpensive items and could even be branded with your logo and either sold to or given away as advertising items. Please pass on my thanks to Emily who was unbelievably helpful and thank her from us. "

" Overall it was a pleasant and efficient experience / service from Finn-Rent. Upon pick up of the car everything was explained pretty quickly. The booster seat we had ordered was dropped to us within 5 minutes of waiting and then we picked up the car exactly from where was explained to us. Drop off of the car was as easy as collection as we just parked up and dropped the keys to the desk. Following arrival home deposit was paid back on the credit card within a couple of days. Great service! "

" Car level received an upgrade - automatic versus manual expected. This was useful on a snowy incline. Car features are excellent and no hidden switches to worry about. Adding extra driver was painless. My only gripe would be that the wording on the extra insurance cover beyond basic is unclear. I thought I had ordered extra but found that I still needed to take out an extra level of cover to be fully protected from any body damage etc. That was 20 Euros per day which is quite a sum on a 850 Euro car hire. i Have still to see my bill to my credit card. I am hoping for no surprises. "

Discover cars) which were slightly cheaper than autoeurope, however they dint have an option to buy cancellation insurance. In todays time when flights get delayed and cancelled, I feel it is essential to have a cover. Also Autoeurope has a local phone number where you can speak to their customer service personnel(and not a chatbot/messaging service) in case of issues. All in all, I will use their service again. "

" The AutoEurope person who dealt with my reservation was excellent. The Europcar person @ Ivalo AIrport we dealt with when collecting and returning the car was exceptionally good. I did use Europcar's free 'phone to call central Customer Service when I thought their Airport Office was closed (returning vehicle) and the man I dealt with was particularly unhelpful. Firstly offering to be at the airport within an hour, then, when he realised my flight was 3 hours away elected to come to the airport 15 mins before departure. So lazy! NOT what I call good Customer Service. "
