" Everything went smoothly. No faults at all. Would of appreciated someone being at the desk when we dropped the car off sp we could check the car together but other than that an amazing service. Would highly recommend and use again. "

" Easy and efficient service from Finn-Rent "
" Overall it was a pleasant and efficient experience / service from Finn-Rent. Upon pick up of the car everything was explained pretty quickly. The booster seat we had ordered was dropped to us within 5 minutes of waiting and then we picked up the car exactly from where was explained to us. Drop off of the car was as easy as collection as we just parked up and dropped the keys to the desk. Following arrival home deposit was paid back on the credit card within a couple of days. Great service! "

" I ordered a VW Golf Estate or similar and got a Opel Mokka which is not an estate so we struggled all week to fit our luggage into it. Very disappointed to pay for an estate and be downgraded like that with no refund or explanation "

" Unsure what Auto-Europe brings to the booking process, I had a small issue to sort out with Finn-Rent after the rental, contacted Auto-Europe as they were my booking agent- they did not get back to me, then contacted Finn-Rent directly and they solved my query within 5 days. Still waiting for Auto-Europe to respond "
" They have not got desk at Helsinki airport, had to wait for their representative 30 minutes, luckily I was not in a rush. Meeting point is located ground floor of car park which was not made clear to me. "

" Will try to remember never to use this company again. I trusted not having to deal with one of these as I chose a business with desk in the terminal. The man at duty was very pleasant and easy going this review relates in NO way what so ever to his person! "
" I understood that the company would have a desk in the terminal. This is not the case. There is a man operating from a van outside behind the fuel station. I had to try to reach him via phone more than once as I landed. Returning car in a snow storm and running across wet petrol stained petrol station was more than unpleasant! "

" it was a very easy process from booking to returning the car. The Finn desk was easy to find just beyond where you collect bags and the car was parked just outside the airport in a numbered spot already warmed up for us! Finn rental replied to emails prior to arrival and were very helpful. "

" This is my second time renting with Auto Europe and each time has been really easy and hassle free. Always good value for money too. "
" Though their desk is a little difficult to find, once I located it in the car park the attendant was extremely helpful and friendly. I had some problems with my credit card but he was very reassuring and let me take my time to fix the problem. Drop off was a little bit confusing as I couldn't find a space but the attendant showed up and sorted this out quickly. No problems and would definitely rent again from them. "
