" All ok except cross border fee' rip off, see above. "
" All good, except the unpleasant surprise of 'cross border fee' (yes the small print at the end of contract gives details). This feels is just a rip off! Further I'd like to know if I could've paid just 12 euro's for one day, as opposed to 72 euro's for the entire hire? If so please reimburse me 60 euros. Why was a one day option not explained at pick up?? "

" Very pleased had an almost brand new VW T -Cross that had done just under 3000 miles so it was immaculate inside and out other than deep scratch on one wing mirror by previous customer. Car was pleasure to drive very smooth and quiet and didn't feel underpowered despite only have a very tiny 1litre turbo charged petrol engine. Also well equipped with wireless air CarPlay which was also very convenient for using google maps sat nav for my phone. Pick up was very convenient and easy as was the drop off which was super quick! There was a person wanting who checked car over striaght away got me to sign paperwork and refunded the deposit immediately. Highly recommend "
