" Specifically filtered car hire to pick up at the airport but upon booking saw on the notes that we had to get a taxi shuttle transfer to car hire offices which was a 10-15 min drive away. Was met by a bolshy staff member at the offices who immediately told us that as the credit card we'd used to pay for the booking was in the name of the named driver, we had to pay €220 in a further insurance policy. She was rude and pushy and was only interested in upselling extra insurances. Car we booked wasn't what we were given and I feel far inferior. Would never use again and never recommend "

" The flight was diverted to Rome and eventually arrived in Naples over 3 hours late. As a result, I was unable to collect the car and when I went first thing the next morning, the contract had been cancelled. AutoEurope kept the £87.32, Green Motion told me they did not get paid by you. Therefore I am not happy with autoeurope and will not use you again, as a result of this. I had to pay for a new hire contract in Naples at an extra cost of 320 euros. I respectfully request that as a minimum, you refund me the £87.32. "

" Awful experience with Green Motion. Advised to take another vehicle from one reserved as 'it would be better for me'. No check on vehicle by agency or agreement. I was advised to have a look. Everything seemed fine. I drove it carefully and was involved in no incidents. On return everything looked good too. Then staff pointed out a tiny scratch. This must have been there before I hired it. Then charged 1000 Euro for a 'repair'. Awful company. "

" An embarrassment to be seen in. Ordered a Panda and hot a Clio. Dents, scratches and dinks all over the car including scuffed wheels. Broken rear passenger shelf. Only three quarters full of fuel. Huge dent on kerbside door sill. Shouldn't be used for hire purposes. Paid an additional Euro 100 for unwanted insurance so feel mislead by additional coverage I paid to AutoEurope when booking. "

" My experience with them has been really bad. I wouldn't go back to them ever again and never recommend anyone. Be careful, guys; take the pictures or make videos before you take the car. I did take the pictures, and I missed one spot, and they are saying I damaged the car, plus they took the money out of my account. Make sure, guys, you take pictures or make videos all over the car and inside too. They will ask for pictures, and if you missed one spot, they will know how to catch you. So -0 rating for them. I'm trying to contact the headquarters; they sent me the first email very quickly, and now I'm chasing them for answers. I hope this will help many people. "

" Feel free to take this up with Green Motion but I have no intention of using them other them again and clearly your excess cover insurance is a red rag to a bull with the rental company your promote. "
" They ripped me off! I told them I had full excess insurance cover with you. And this seemed to annoy the agent. When I returned the car in perfect condition, they found a tiny 3mm surface scratch that they said was not on the car before and as such they would withhold the deposit. They subsequently charged me nearly £500 for that light scratch which we all know they wil not send for repair but instead t-cut out at no charge to themselves. This is clearly how they are commissioned to make serious money out of customers. "

" Never a problem dealing with AE, My only wish is that they can be more helpful when dealing with changes of contract after start of hire period, such as extension or change of drop-off location "
" Likes: - Very efficient pick-up and drop-off service to/from Malpensa terminals - Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff Not likes: - Location of their office is a long way off the main road from Milan, so (unless you are coming from the south) you must allow additional 20+ minutes for drop-off compared to other car hire firms "

" I booked "in airport" and was sent to a shuttle. This is already a breach of contract (I had selected your company based on this false information). I was denied the rental although I had all the required documents and a valid credit card. Awful company with a dubious business model. I wish you'll have legal consequences for deliberating scamming people and leaving them stranded! "
" I was stranded at the airport. The lady at the counter refused to give me the car I had paid for under pretense that my credit will expire in August. This information was buried in a small print in the attached voucher and never mentioned in your lovely 3 emails that you sent before the rental. The bank confirmed they would not issue a new card before the end of its validity. This rule was completely made up and intendended to scam tourists. The shuttle driver confirmed many people are sent away without a car. This was all in all a scam I was victim of. I will never rent from you again and I will tell everyone about this awful ripoff "

" They said i had caused damage that was already there. Every panel on the car had damage. Their agent did not note the damage even though I went around thdcar and pointed it all out. I was also notgiven a copy of the condition report. "

" awful. Impossible to find, we speak fluent Italian and still it was a nightmare getting there. Very unclear and btw they're not in the main rental area. No internet connection for the 'office' to sign the agreement upon arrival, the rep there smelled of urine and cigarettes and was working out of a box in a muddy field. No mention of charges regarding a baby seat upon rental, then surprise charge at the end, plus a surprise cleaning charge even though the car was returned in the same condition it was offered in. Plus we were not provided with snow chains which is a legal requirement in Italy. An absolute shambles. Won't be renting here again - poor show all round. Shocking. "

" I would not recommend this car. Hire company as a cars are not safe and they don't look after the vehicles or checked them for any issues before hiring them out. "
" The first car they gave me. Light came up on dash engine light oil. The second car they give me was in poor condition and car would vibrate has You hit 50km an hour. The tires were being very poor condition. Putting people live at risk. "

" Cars were not in the best condition. The reverse gear was completely shot and alot of scratches when collected, had to do a video walk around for evidence, also charged another 160 euros for insurance despite already paying for extra insurance when booking. "
