" The counter staff tried to charge me a €25 fee for out of hours pickup whereas there working hours are 24/7. As they failed to show me the terms in my booking or even prove the existence of the fee as such I refused to pay and they let me take the vehicle. I think Greenmotion Vilnius are having borderline practices charging their clients with nonexistent fees. "

" Dear all. Very disappointed with the car I was given during my rental period. Considering the amount of money it had costed me I was embarrassed to use it. - Car was cosmetically damaged on the outside. It had scratches and the number plate has been bent. - Car was dirty inside, upholstery and windows. - Screenwash had finished minutes after we have left the terminal area - 2 front tyres were obvious it did not have enough air in it. The day later had the warning light flashing I had to inflate. - Worst was the child seat. It was a filthy, worn out with split belt supports seat. No parent would be happy to put their children into that seat. Knowing this is a rental and this is what you get I had no choice but to use it. I am extremely disappointed with the quality I received I don't think I will ever book again with auto Europe. "

" Used car for a week, drop off in diferent town... and they put on me all damages and blame me that i done 6 damages, which normaly u cant do them in feu years .. small scratches, which was not visible... when i took not even wached car... its looks like that u looking for stupid people who covers and pay for damages which u did not done at all... i can tell u very poor service, not recoment at all... still waiting for my depilsit, if u sort this nicely i will delete this review "

" Very unpleasant surprise having to pay extra €155.Due to not having my Credit Card but only Debit. Booking confirmation and speaking with your colleague didn't stress that I must have my Credit Card with me. I also lost 2 hours of my family's valuable time while on holiday. "

" I did get an unbeatable deal, price was very good. Vehicle had multiple scratches and fairly big dent on front wing. On return everything checked quick and polite. Had to pay reasonable price only for interior cleaning since left some stains and dirt. "

" You are complicit in fhis scam. Holiday Autos banned Green Motion from their search engine in June 2018 because of the scams operated by them. You have had 5 months to catch up. You are clearly not industry leaders. "

" Instead reserving deposit on my credit card they charged my card for the amount of deposit. This incurred in addition non sterling charges on my card. Initially the were denying any wrongdoing and advised me to contact my credit card issuer. It took few phone calls and more than an hour of my time waisted for them to admit what they done. Later I received email with the excuse (!) but not an apology about what happened. Now, one month after my rental started, I still waiting for my money to be returned. "

" The staff in Kaunas airport was rude and ignorant. Especially one girl. They gave me a car and told me to make sure it is clean . I washed it before I brought car back but then they checked under mats. I never lifted mats when i took car and man who have me a car never did neither. I had car only for few days and I kept it clean. I definitely know it was not my mess under mats but I was charged € 15 to clean it. Very disappointed. I Try to prove it wasn't me and what they should check under mats together with customer before their issue a car but I was just send off. "
