" Due to flight problems, we arrived a day late. We phoned the office immediately to let them know. On arrival the woman was quite rude. We were given a car that was not acceptable and was scratched and bumped all over. £90 was kept back from my credit card with no explanation. We filled the car with fuel on our return. Because the fuel gauge wasn't working , it was impossible to tell , but we definitely filled it up- I can only assume that the £90 was kept due to this , an error on your part!! Very disappointing service. "

" It took 3 hours to get a car. The staff were giving me different excuses and lied about the car availability. First they said that the car was being washed. Then that it was on the way. Then that they had no drivers to bring it from another car parking. In the end they gave me a car that was there all along (the pouch and the key were in the drawer). It was very frustrating getting a car after 3 hours wait (standing in the queue), not very good if you are about to drive for hours. The girl on the counter was friendly and in a very difficult situation facing all the people and not having cars to give them. All other staff had disappeared. "
