" I had a bad experience this time with Hertz, I upgraded in the airport to a slightly bigger car, as the car only just arrived back the petrol was only filled 3/4 so they told me that when i bring it back i only need to fill it the same. I filled it up till almost full evenmore than i took it and they charged me for a full tank. The name of the Man was Avi who advised me that he will make a note on the system that the car was only 3/4 full when i took it might have forgot to put it on as the queue was busy. I actually have witnesses who heard him say that i only need to bring it back 3/4 full. I tried calling already the desk twice and they advised me that someone will call me back but it never happened. "

" Having arrived in Ben Gurion from the UK the car pick up was excellent and I was soon on the road to Tel Aviv. I was interested in taking a further rental however it appears that you cannot take out a rental with auto rental once in Israel. Frustrating. "

" I intend to file a complaint, there were several problems wrong with the booking, - The car I was initially given did not start - The rental agency tried to jump start using another car (a first for me, and I've rented cars all over the world) - I ultimately left the agency without a car and they assured me they would drop the car home after replacing the battery - They could not get the car to start so instead delivered another car - it was much older and not been cleaned. More importantly, it was a downgrade from the car I had booked - much smaller with little boot space. "
