" It took a while to get the car picked up. There was no-one in the office. After phoning number on the door agent came in the next 5-10 minutes. It took a very long time to go through paperwork for whatever reason. I had all my documents and voucher ready. And yet a full hour passed by the time we got to the car. Car was booked to be picked up at 1:30pm, we left the parking lot just about 2:30... Agent also tried to add a one way fee, however was not communicating this to me, but was instead phoning a colleague when the system would not allow him to do it. He was just going to charge my card and not tell me about it. "

" The pick up of the car was late. I had a car booked for 10:30 am. After phoning the number on the door, the agent has come to the office just about at 11am. From there on filling of paperwork was smooth. Been handed the car keys and sent on my way to the car. I have then found that I was given an automatic car rather than one with a manual gearbox that I booked. That's not a big deal, but I would have expected to be told that at the desk in person. I must say that I was given a luxury car instead of a compact. Which I appreciate, however, the communication could have been better. "
