" It was all fine. The price was better than most. Having to bring a voucher instead of just having your name in the system is annoying. The extra 100% insurance cover would still require you to pay yourself first and hope that you can claim but. That's not as good as taking it out from the rental company directly, where you would not have to pay anything. That is not stated clearly before you buy the cover, I feel. Luckily, I did not have to claim anything. "

" Car was fine. Spent half an hour at the airport looking for Keddy or Auto Europe desk. Turns out had to go to Europcar desk. Nowhere on my info did this state - please ensure this is clear for your clients. Lady at counter was very surly and felt I put her out by asking for her help. Then I was forced to sign a contract that the car (which I hadn't seen yet) had no damage. I had to ask twice what to do if I find damage on car once I had seen it. Luckily I did as car had damage including on the front windscreen!! Will possibly recommend because of lowest price I could find. "
