" I will never rent with Hertz again. Not listing all damages to the car could amount to fraud if this is intentional, which of course cannot be demonstrated ! "
" The report which lists all damages to the car was not correct as it did not include some scratches at the front left wheel - worth 400 eur ! Such negligence is not acceptable - it puts responsibility on the client unfairly. This was corrected after the return of the car but this should not be how a rental works. Efficient work from the car rental staff checking the car before departure is essential. "
