" The Hertz computer system is very inefficient and it was taking about 20 minutes to issue vehicles per customer, leading to a long waiting time. Despite booking online and providing all my details, it had to be capture on their system again. The issuing staff member was also too chatty with customers which further delayed things "

" I will never rent with Hertz again. Not listing all damages to the car could amount to fraud if this is intentional, which of course cannot be demonstrated ! "
" The report which lists all damages to the car was not correct as it did not include some scratches at the front left wheel - worth 400 eur ! Such negligence is not acceptable - it puts responsibility on the client unfairly. This was corrected after the return of the car but this should not be how a rental works. Efficient work from the car rental staff checking the car before departure is essential. "

" The car broke down with an electrical fault. Both agent at airport and breakdown service were not contact able using our mobile phones. Had to ask to use a landline at a nearby hotel. Been back 3 days and have had no contact from Alamo about refunding our €500 deposit. Agent was under the impression we had put diesel in a petrol car "

" Good price and the Europcar lady was very friendly and efficient but as there were many people waiting for a car and she was alone, it took some time. Funny enough there is only two carrentals open on Sunday morning in Luxemburg airport and about 19 people queuing. "

" I find it annoying that Auto Europe states we need to print and have our voucher with us. Yet everytime I show it to the check in staff at the car hire desk, they say they don't need to see it and never even peruse it. You could save us ink and paper if this isn't a requirement. "

When I returned car, no-one at desk with a notice saying 'back in 15 minutes', waited 25 minutes then someone from another company stepped in and helped me + 4 other customers with our drop offs out. "

I know you are reluctant to do so, because you sell your own insurance, but this is o,portami information, which is shared by your competitors "
