" In general, a fantastic experience, I just need to remember that there can be very long queues and some people need extra time to sort out their rental, so I might have to wait an hour or so. "
" The only downside in the whole process was the roughly one hour wait in the queue to get my car. The computer system also had a problem finding the home town listed on my driving license and the assistant had to restart it a few times. Other than that, I received a brand new car with 12Km on the odometer which drove really well, so I'm a very satisfied customer. The assistant offered extra services like additional insurance, but wasn't pushy unlike some of the companies I've used before, which was so much better. "

" The staff were very helpful and we did not wait long at all to both pick up and drop off the car. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was very quick. One word of advice - find somewhere to refuel before you get to the airport as it is hair raising trying to find a garage near the airport in the rush hour in Naples. Thankfully there was a sat nav in the car. "

" As the shuttle bus pick up point was in a different place to other car renters, and as nobody at Naples airport seemed to be aware of where this was, we wasted a long time trying to find it. Apart from that, the experience was very positive with a good car and nice people who tried hard to help, particularly at the drop off when we were in a rush. "
