" All went smoothly and shout out to the counter staff who were brilliant. Drop off staff were also very friendly and all were efficient. Whilst the counter staff were brill the company policy on the clean 2 clean was quite sneaky, the idea that the company extracts additional money from a tiered traveler and holds them to ransom with big decisions is not really what you expect from a tried and trusted company that is accommodated within the airport, "

" Overall very happy but staff didn't seem aware that SatNav although available in the car needs to have a licence - this is an important part of hiring a car which we thought we could use but was not available. "
" I booked an estate car as I needed to transport equipment and we got exactly what we wanted. The car was perfect had quite a few scratches but that didn't worry us, we asked about SatNav and were assured that this was in the vehicle but it didn't work as no licence was bought. "

But when delivering the VOLKSWAGEN (WI TK 9384) at the KOLN / BONN Airport on Friday the 28th, I forgot a black jacket in the back seat. I have sent a note through the APP of the ENTERPRISE Company but I have not received a response. "

" Everything was OK, apart from one item. Alamo staff were not aware (or, they said they were not aware) that the vehicle was going to be driven into Austria as well as Germany. This was part of the Auto Europe booking. Eventually. Alamo accepted this without further cost. But only after some discussion. "

" Overall the service was good, however I originally stated that I was going to visit a number of different countries. I did however change my mind as the service desk person told me when accepting the keys that I would be charged for entering any other countries than Germany, which was disappointing as I would like to have done so. Hopefully I have not been charged for these countries I did not visit in the end. "
" On collecting the car I was given a sheet which detailed the car had no damage, however on inspecting the car there were a number of scratches on top of the rear bumper underneath where the boot door opens. It was obvious that these marks were from previous users loading and unloading their luggage. I returned to the desk, however there was no one present for me to report the matter to. They had either left or had gone for a break. I therefore made a note of the damage and reported it to the person I handed the car back to at the end of the hire. It was with relief that they accepted that the scratches were not my doing as I only had a small hand luggage case. "

" My flight was delayed and the counter staff was about to leave when I arrived at 23:00 at Alamo's counter at Airport Nuremberg to pick up the car. Luckily, but with some hesitation, the counter staff did still serve me and I could pick up the car. I am very suprised that they would have not waited for me although I did provide the flight number at the time of booking. This would have caused a lot of inconvenience and costs. How can I avoud this in future? The rental agencies don't even publish their waiting policies. "
