It was cold and raining. I had to take a coach from outside to terminal 2 to pick the car, the person there told me the 'agent didn't inform you' that you should have picked the car from T2. Very inconvenient to say the least and marred the whole experience. V poor efficiency! "

She clearly stated all we needed to know about the rental requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot remember her name. the check in time for the first vehicle was 11.37, and for the second vehicle was 12.25. this wasted nearly an hour due to the seat belt problem and the very inconsiderate parking in the pick-up car park She selected our first car from the available vehicles, clarified all of the damages which were present on the car, describing clearly the way we had to go to find our vehicle, gave us the car park exit ticket and the parking space number. Our vehicle was parked in a very tight space, made more difficult due to the fact that vehicles had been parked in the roadway in front of our vehicle. Eventually we got the vehicle out and into a position where we could all get in, load our luggage and prepare to leave. This was when we discovered the crucial problem, the centre seat belt in the rear had been manufactured incorrectly, such that the seat belt itself would move but the seat-belt clip to secure the seat belt in place could not, because of this manufacturing error by MG the seat belt was unusable. I had to return to the OK MOBILITY customer desk where the young lady quickly sorted out a new rental agreement and a vehicle and walked with us to the first vehicle to concur the error on the first car. The second car was also an MG HS, again she pointed out some damages and that the vehicle was overdue some service issues which the vehicle system would tell us every time we stopped and started. The vehicle had 54,379 Km on the odometer, the interior was showing this. The drivers side floor mat had worn through, the communication screen was not stable, so we had to use our personal GPS apps. As we got out of the car park it was clear that there were some other mechanical issues, as a retired automotive engineer for BMW, it sounded to me as if the wheel bearings were in bad condition or maybe the rear differential bearings were worn, or maybe both! The acceleration was very lazy and slow to respond to foot pressure. Taking all these issues into consideration, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with the MG. I hope that when I use OK MOBILITY again next year that we have a better experience. This was not our first experience of renting a vehicle from autoeurope although the receptionist could find no previous record of our rental in 2022. "

" OK mobility staff spoke neither German nor English very well. Indeed, the staff member at the counter did not speak at all because I believe she had some kind of throat infection. The petrol tank was not full, even though the rental was from full to full. This caused me invonveniece and concern, as Ihad to photograph the level (again ebcause the staff in the garage were oretty useless and spoke no English or German). And at drop-off I had to go back to the counter to make sure I wasn;t charged extra. In addition, the OK Moblity office in FRA T2 was closed, so I had to take a bus to T1. "

I was a little concerned when I picked up the car as there was a scuff on one wheel and a little body damage under the front bumper. It was a long way back to the reception desk and we had been stuck in a very long queue at passport control.
