" As mentioned above, I'm not satisfied with my experience. Nothing too wrong with the car apart from a faulty reverse sensor which beeped every time I put the car in reverse. But the major issue is with the pick-up experience which was extremely poor. "
" Member of staff during collection of the car was far too pushy with selling Ok Mobility's own insurance. When I told him we had taken out cover via AutoEurope he claimed "they won't pay you, only our cover will pay you" and when we refused he told us just to call out recovery would cost us €400 euro and "I don't care, it's not my money". They also charged us €60 at the desk as a "local tax", I've never been charged that from other car hire companies at Pisa airport and I'm not sure this comes under auto Europe's claim that the fee we paid prior to arrival covered all necessary coverage to drive in a given country. A Google search indicates the tax I was charged doesn't actually exist, but the experience means I definitely won't be using Ok Mobility when I go back to Pisa next year and I'm unlikely to book through AutoEurope as this has been my worst car hire experience in the many years I've hired cars for holidays. The person at the drop off was fantastic and I have no complaints about her - my poor experience is 100% to do with the man I dealt with during collection and Ok Mobility's dubious business practics. "

" Awful experience and whether I use Auto Europe again will be very dependant upon how my complaint is handled and if you protect consumers against this type of behaviour from the providers you recommend. I have subsequently looked at the reviews on OK Mobility on the Auto Europe website and there are none for the Pisa office, which suggests to me you have not been using them long. Hopefully you wont be recommending their services to anyone else. "

" I can't believe there is no one to contact about this. Cannot reach the office at all. They did some money grab on my last rental as well. And tried to give me a piece of garbage car. They really don't respect anyone coming from your service. "
" They charged for damage when I showed proof that it was already there. They lied and said I could leave that the contract was closed and then billed me after. The vehicle was filthy, tires were bald, all sorts of scratches and a cracked mirror, then they claimed I did all of this even though the paper says it was already there. The manager is a thug who has been repeatedly rude to me. Second time renting here. This place is terrible. "

" We arrived in Sicily with the credit card we paid with but as it didn't have my husbands name on it just mine form our joint account , she wouldn't put it in my name and when I asked to pay the same amount again I and put in my name she said I had to pay €1000 euros instead of £260 euros . We were stranded at the airport and ended paying €170 to get to our hotel with no car for the week . "

" Whilst you said that you had to pay the deposit by mastercard or visa I didn't pick up the issue that a store mastercard which is underwritten by a major institution would be seen as a debit card rather than a credit card - never had this issue before "
" Major issue with deposit. Had a Mastercard which they would not accept and had to pay an extra 300 euros as wouldn't take a cash deposit and had no alternative. Wouldn't accept my sons credit card as not the main driver. Nightmare which was replicated by other customers in the queue'. Had to get a bigger car as couldn't get 4 suitcases in. Wont do this again will just go via major car rentals "

" Although I purchased full insurance and collision damage waiver, this company managed to extract an additional €185 upon handing over the car. They insisted on paying €155 as they refused to take my perfectly valid credit card to pay the security deposit notified to me when I made the booking. There was a further €30 as an "out of hours fee" even though we arrived within the opening hours notified to me in the booking email. We had no choice but to pay these fees as we would otherwise have been left without a car and with no means of getting to accommodation other than an extremely expensive taxi ride. Please treat this form as an official complaint and a request for a refund of these amounts. "

I was not there to contest it.........it is a scam ! I did wonder why the car hire was cheap.........they scam people on return. "
