" Overall v good but concerned that on return the vehicle was described as dirty and i was expected to return it clean, a condition i did not recognise. It was not dirty in my view but only soiled to the level you may expect in usage for one week. "

" They have changed their name to autovia or something similar! You probably want to. Look into that as it didn't help us when finding the place. The hidden 'cleaning fee' wasn't great. "

" Everything worked perfectly, quick shuttle pickup, smooth car collection process. The vehicle was in perfect conditions, although the winter tyres didn't seem very efficient even with little snowy conditions. The CNG fuel (gas) was very convenient. "

However, I would like to give you two advices. 1, when getting out of the airport, provide a sign board for your company name to make it easier to find your offices. 2, when your employees are talking to me, they sometimes talk to other customers which wastes my time as well as other peoples time. " I feel like I got scammed, and will leave negative reviews unless I'm appropriately refunded for my voucher. "
" Optimo were not present at the airport - Instead I was directed to a stand for Auto-Europa (Sicily by Car) - The wait for the car hire I found was at least 3 hours (I picked up ticket number 27, and the counter was on 64!!). Not having time to wait this long, I had to go with another more expensive on the day provider - This cheap voucher was a scam! "
