" Optimo were not present at the airport - Instead I was directed to a stand for Auto-Europa (Sicily by Car) - The wait for the car hire I found was at least 3 hours (I picked up ticket number 27, and the counter was on 64!!). Not having time to wait this long, I had to go with another more expensive on the day provider - This cheap voucher was a scam! "
