" Firstly let me say that Yasir who I dealt with when I picked up the car from Orlando airport was exceptional. Secondly I had a problem with a tyre and when I phoned to sort it out I was on phone for 45 minutes waiting and eventually hung up. That's not good enough. I then took car to closest Thrifty office and they changed car swiftly and efficiently without any issue. Certainly would use thrifty again . "

My only concern was that I was given the option of breakdown cover for $4.99 a day, when hiring for 35 days that becomes a significant sum. As the cars are al fairly new I would have thought breakdown cover should be included. "

Dollar offered us a very good upgrade deal (just paid for a full tank for fuel) but once we arrived at our destination I spotted some nasty scratches on the bonnet/hood which were not on the manifest so I was worried that we might be "charged" for them. However we haven't been so Dollar must have been aware but it would have been nice to have been told before we left the airport. "

" Auto Europe replied very quickly to a question about the rental. The price was very good and all inclusive (we hate all the extra add ons). I would go to Auto Europe first before any other brokers now. "
" The staff were efficient and completed the formalities quickly so that we didn't need to hang around any longer than necessary after a long journey. They did not try to sell us any more insurance etc. Their rep, Masood Jan recommended an upgrade at a good price which we accepted and we thoroughly enjoyed driving our Cadillac for four weeks. Return at the garage was very well organised. "

" Everything covered, no messing about it's all already dealt with with Autoeurope, I never use anyone else. As near perfect as you could ever ask for. When I book with Autoeurope I know all the bases have been covered by them and I don't have to worry about sharp practices that occur in the car hire game. "

" We are been renting cars for the last 30 years in Florida and this is the first time everything was 100%, and stress free, we haven't used Alamo for many many years, this time it was the cheapest so we went for it, the pick up at the airport was perfect not pushy staff trying to sell upgrades etc,and the car was immaculate, usually over the past years with other companies the cars have been filthy dirty, very impressed Alamo thank you, we hope to use again this June when we fly to Orlando again. On driving off this one had a noisy back wheel bearing and we had to return again. It was changed for an upgrade and this car/van was fine.
