" They charged us 3 lots of €350 for pre-existing scratches. We had photographed one mark so they knocked that off the bill. Then we had a heated discussion where the staff member was extremely arrogant and rude. We eventually got the bill down to €75, however when we got back they had taken £130 from our deposit. The contract was also for a full tank on return but it was half empty when we had collected it. I phoned to have it corrected. Overall the experience was disgusting and I am appalled that these crooks can remain in business. I suggest you don't use them again. "

" When I returned the car it was noticed that there was a small scratch on the rear wing. The guy said tha they would put a hold on 350 Euros until they had received an estimate for the repair. I said that I would need a copy of the estimate as I have insurance to cover the excess. He promised that but they have taken 350 Euros from my card and I am still trying to get the estimate from them. At the moment I am 350 Euros out of pocket. And they are not responding to my request. "

" Arrived in the late evening. Was told the vehicle was perfect. Clearly there was damaged paintwork all around vehicle which hadn't been noted. They then made a note. Upon return, I was asked about damage, showed them the damage form and they questioned whether the form was done by their staff. They asked for dated and timed photographs. Luckily I actually did this before signing for the car. I wasn't told at pick up that I should have done this. It would seem that they didn't believe the damage indicated on their own form and I had to show the photographs. I had no problem after that but it does beg the question, what would have happened had I not had the foresight to take photographs considering they don't trust their own documentation "

" it took about an hour to get to the head of the queue to collect the car. they were very nice and not pushy about e.g. excess insurance (I bought my own). there were a few dings on the car that were not on the form - I took pictures etc as they were not worried enough to look over the car with me. Hopefully they will not put them on me! the drop off and shuttle was very quick and courteous and they were all very nice. "

I was told on arrival at the owners counter that I would have to put up the insurance excess and a full fuel tank in advance. 800 Euros for excess and 72 Euros for the fuel. This was taken from my credit card straight away... no problem. On returning the car with a full tank of fuel and in perfect condition I was told that the money would be refunded. In fact the money was not refunded but credited to my card. Due to the exchange rates I lost out on £50... not impressed at all by this. "

" Excellent value for money and quality of car. I just missed a pick up so a 15 min wait for shuttle and then a 40 min wait at desk but once seen very quick and easy. Drop off extremely easy. Apart from initial wait I couldn't complain as have had long waits at airport too and far nore expensive. "

" The car was immaculate as was all of the customer service when I did get served but it did take 45 minutes for me to get my car as there was only 1 individual at the service desk with a queue of 20 people in it at one time. More staff are required to man desks and get customers through to pick up car quicker as this would put me off using you next time when other providers desks were fully manned with 3 members of staff. "
