" I thought I was collecting the vehicle from the airport.5 of us we're met and We were picked up and squashed into. 5 seater vehicle and taken to their offices . Not a great start. We were told Full to full fuel. It was 1/3 full , very difficult to return the same. Then we were asked to deliver the car back to their office and Not the airport- this was too difficult without GPS and we refused. Agreed to collect the car at 8.30 and did not show up until 9.15 and No apology. Very poor customer service "

" There's a real confusion over who to contact, is it pandora? Or is it Oscar rent a car, no ones heard of pandora. Contacting pandora was a nightmare, engaged phone lines, language barriers, extremely unclear instructions from autoeurope and pandora. Phone call on arrival needs to be rethought, it doesn't work and you end up wasting a lot of time. It took me around 45-60 minutes after arrival trying to receive the car. The drop-off instructions are also very unclear, they should specify that you dont bring the car to the car rental returns and maybe help by providing a screenshot of a map on where to go. "

" We called at arrival as requested for the meet and greet. Told someone would be along soon. Left waiting for an hour despite calls to ask where they were. Eventually a grumpy person from another firm (Oscar) did the paperwork and half an hour after that the car appeared. However, it had no rear seat belt. We had to wait another half an hour for another car which did have seat belts. Car was OK, economical and had lots of boot space. Never established if Pandora existed or was just another name for Oscar. "

" No meet and greet on arrival - no one answering their phone - needed to go thru a third party to get them to come to the airport (one hour plus after the required pick-up time) bringing the car with them. "Of course" I then had to pay to get out of the airport's car park. The car provided was not full of fuel, and was in an acceptble but not good condition. (It had an annoying loud rattle coming from the rear passenger side.) "
