" When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed by the Pricecarz representative that a deposit of €2100 would be blocked on my credit card. I was aware of this requirement and accepted it, as it was outlined in the rental agreement with Auto Europe. However, I was then told--quite unexpectedly--that this amount would be blocked for 90 days. This came as a shock to me, as I have never encountered such a long hold period, and I believe it directly contradicts the terms provided by Auto Europe, the deposit is to be released within 30 days. When I questioned this, the Pricecarz representative--who claimed to be the manager--responded very rudely and stated that he would not rent the car to me unless I agreed to the 90-day hold. Unfortunately, as it was late on a Friday afternoon, I had no viable alternative and was essentially forced to sign the agreement under pressure in order to proceed with my travel plans. I understand that local suppliers may have their own policies, but I booked through Auto Europe in good faith, based on the conditions presented at the time of booking. For this reason, I am respectfully requesting that you contact Pricecarz on my behalf and ask them to release the credit card deposit after 30 days, as originally agreed upon in the Auto Europe rental terms. "

" They wanted me to pay 2,400 EUR, even though I had purchased the full package through Auto Europe. The person at the counter pushed me to by his insurance and did not want to let me pay with Amex or a Debit card. When I said I could come back to collect the car and pay with my Visa Credit the following day, he said that was not an option and the car will be cancelled. In that case I will have to pay for another rental car. "

" Extremely poor ability to register earlier damage. 8-10 areas of damage were not recorded on their system at pick up. I was then sent the bill for 3 areas of damage, one I mentioned at pick up, two I had a video detailing, and the final one was interior, which when asked I was told specifically that this was not recorded so I did not need to check it. I am now engaged in protracted emails regarding level of proof of pre-exisiting damage which is stressful and time consuming. "
