Eventually we called them and after a recorded message in French, an English speaking person picked up and texted us the new rendezvous point. This could have been done when the rendezvous point was changed and saved us a lot of stress and time. The place from where they operate is very rough, a former tile salesroom we think. It didn't give a good impression. They did push selling us additional insurance, we did but breakdown but the insurance was going to be more than the cost of the car hire so we didn't do that. On returning the car, another customer was arguing about the cleanliness if the car he was returning as they wanted to charge him for cleaning a little sandy footprint from the girl. I have never had to clean a car before running it and they even had a pre paid package to prevent this. You hire a car and it goes back unabashed and fueled but cleaning is up to them. We did not incur any additional charges but it is difficult to know where the standard is. "

At one point one of the member of staff stood up on a chair and shouted at all the customers waiting for their rental cars. She actually shouted at us like it was our fault and we would "just have to wait" there was nothing she could do about it. It was taking up to 1 hour for each customer to get their car, and at one point the staff allowed a "VIP" to jump the queue leaving everybody furious. Why this person was "More important" than the rest of us I have no idea. The rental car was falling to pieces, needed a service and had some major technical issue. Absolute joke, never again. The value for money score is only due to the 4 hour queue - its not value for money when you are standing in the airport for 4 HOURS. "

" firstly the voucher stipulated that the office for collection was the car park where in fact the office had relocated to another office in the Gare du Nord station. the condition of the car was okay nut did have some major dents caused by other drivers. the staff member explained the drop off procedure s and sent information by e-mail. Security deposit of 1500 euros was paid and i was informed that this would be paid back into my account the day after the car was returned on the 14th but this still hasn't been completed as of the 18th "
