" Straightfwd process to make the booking - no issues there. "
" Rental agreement/hire documents were not sent to my email at pick-up , as I had been told they would be, so I ended up driving the car for several days without the necessary paperwork. Also, fuel tank was meant to be full (at pick-up) to full (at drop-off), but I was given it with 1/4 full at pickup and was told to return with similar at drop-off; it is not easy to gauge how much to refuel as the drop-off day approaches, and may end up over-filling so losing money. Of note, this was showing incorrectly on the hire-agreement - I have photo at pickup to prove this. Lastly, the vehicle had high mileage (~146000km) and during the hire period presented some technical issues with error codes appearing on the dashboard; counter staff did not even ask whether everything was OK with the vehicle during the hire period. "

" See above-auto europe/skg-dreadful. The man on the desk was trying very hard and was made to do the job of three people, so I wouldn't criticise him and it's not his fault. Shame on Auto Europe and SKG for making us get to our villa at 1.30am despite landing on time at 10.30am with bags through in 30 mins and a 30 minute drive. Joke. "
" There was only one member of staff on duty the evening we arrived. This employee was the shuttle bus driver AND the desk operative. We therefore waited over an hour to get shuttled from the arrivals terminal to the rental office-by the same chap who then had to check in some hapless customers who didn't have a clue and took another 30 minutes. I wouldn't take too much umbridge at this man because he was trying his best and was good at his job. I am furious with the COMPANY for having just one employee on the desk and shuttle bus when it knows it has bookings. The car had a squeaking fan belt, the boot lid kept falling down and hit me and also my husband on the head quite hard and second gear made a snail look strong. The boot was the only redeeming feature. In addition the price of the car was extortionate compared with other car hire companies with BETTER cars. The office is miles from the aiport. Beware-this company is a massive rip off. Never again. It used to be so good. I hired a Hyundai from Volta for a fraction of the price with modern interiors, in great condition and 500m from the arrivals hall. Simples. "

" Pick up from airport was quick and the staff at the check in and drop off were nice, welcoming and quick. The car was just OK, it was an old car with 100k km without android or iPhone connection. Driving was fine, but was not expecting an old car. "

" Very clear and good. Collection and drop off should be mentioned that you are looking for a vehicle to pick you up to take you to the hire place. Also we had a 7 seater and the air con wasn't great, the remote didn't work and only front had windows and one side had passenger doors. However drop off was excellent and they were very reasonable. "

" This company has excellent prices as they use slightly older cars, but this is an acceptable compromise given the value for money you get with this company. Very happy with car, but have marked down slightly on recommendation as the 'regular' pick-up bus from the airport did not happen and we had to find our way to the car hire place from the airport "

" Our flight arrived 30 minutes early to Corfu airport and we spent 15 minutes hunting for the airport transfer vehicle outside the hot, busy terminal with children and luggage, as the pick up location information was a bit vague. (outside Terminal A) After asking around I phoned the office and they explained that the pick up time was 1pm and the vehicle had not been sent yet. They sent it out and the vehicle arrived 15 minutes later. It would have been helpful if someone was keeping an eye on arrivals, like our taxi drivers do in the UK, as I had forwarded our flight numbers as requested. A phone call to me would have confirmed the situation and if I was ready for pick up. On arrival at the office after the prearranged time we had a further delay as the vehicle still wasn't ready and we had to sit around waiting for it to be washed. A group that came in after us left before us. The car that we were finally presented with was not the new Renault Clio (or similar) that I was expecting but a battered old, musty smelling, Peugeot 307 with stains on the back seat, that I was told was an upgrade. After being up all night traveling we just wanted a fast, easy pick up so we could continue to our destination, as we were all very tired. If the company could smooth out these small issues and improve their stock vehicles I would have nothing to complain about as the staff were excellent and the drop off on the return and the transfer back to the airport was fast and easy. Our driver on arrival and return, was very friendly and really helpful with our luggage etc. Full marks to him and the guys processing the paperwork. Sadly because of the other issues I cannot recommend the company and will find an alternative provider next time. "
