" Booked car not available. Had to pay for an upgrade. Damage sheet not filled in. Car not clean (outside). Petrol cap couldn't open, which was a problem reported previously and not fixed. Will never use Star car again "
" I would prefer to call them no-star car. Not a good car rental experience at all. "
