" Overall the car was good but I booked the car and stated that we would be visiting three countries, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. At pick up we were charged an extra 70 Euros for this, this is not acceptable. "

" My complaints have been submitted and I have received a courteous response. hope for a rapid resolution to the various issues. "
" This is currently the subject of major complaints. Long delay at pick-up desk, manual vehicle supplied when an automatic was requested, told I was too old to rent (contrary to contract), credit card black imposed that was very much higher than specified in contract. "
