" Absolutely no signage regarding the location of the desk (it was actually enterprise). I spent 45 minutes trying to find it after receiving incorrect instructions via the phone number. I was also charged a late pick up fee which I wasn't aware of prior to booking. Finally; the extra charge to clean the car is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. The issue finding the desk and the hidden charges mean I won't be booking again "

" All went smoothly. The car was 6 months old and well cleaned. The stuff was helpful, answered my concerns and helped figure out how to start the car. Can only recommend. The only thing I had to pay for a car cleaning an extra 15eu. "

" Excellent hire. We took the car back as directed and had to put the keys in the box as no-one was around. Was washed before return, but it's impossible to prevent dust in the area. Overall great customer service and excellent value. A bit more clarity on return procedure would be my only very minor observation. "

" I was due to travel with my wife, but due to medical reasons, which I have proof of, I couldn't travel. My wife traveled alone but when she tried to collect the car from the rental company, although she had all relevant documents and driving licence, she was refused the vehicle, and was obliged to rent and pay for another vehicle. The staff were unhelpful to say the least. as was Auto Europe when she called them. I am now in the process of trying to claim back the original payment and finding this also extremely difficult. "
