" I was given a Vehicle which had two scratches on the rear bumper, which I only have seen the next day after collecting the Vehicle from the airport parking. I have taken photos of the damages the next day. On my return to the rental car park, they inspected the car at drop off and siad that the scratches were not listed on the protokol of the car when I was given the car, even though I have shown them the photos. They hours later I received an invoice for damages nad they have charged me the access of 855.00 Euro for the damages. So overall a bad experience. "

" (1) The pick-up was confirmed as Terminal 2 in our booking, which was our arrival terminal. Our flight was 15 minutes late, and by the time we found the Wheego counter in Terminal 1 (it's separate from all the other counters and not easy to find) they were about to close: I had a long discussion persuading them to release our car. (2) AutoEurope charged us £45.20 for the booking. However the receipt that Wheego gave us showed a total of €45.04 - why did we pay more than stated on the Wheego invoice? "

" Booking with Auto Europe was as always good. And when I had a problem they were much quicker in replying than the car hire company. "
" I was unfortunate, and they're probably better than this usually. Was supposed to collect car from Frankfurt airport Terminal 2, and chaos in the airport on that day meant that it took an hour to get from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, only to find the Wheego desk empty and a sign instructing me to go and look for someone back in Terminal 1. The car itself looked OK, but when drove away I thought the gearbox felt heavy, but assumed it was a characteristic of the car. Part way into the journey the gear box began to jam - it was not possible to change gear without stopping the car, deliberately stalling it and pumping the clutch. Contacted Wheego and agreed that I would cut short my trip and attempt to get the car back to the airport a day earlier than intended, then book into a hotel for the last night. I did that, got back with great difficulty and many stops. On the way back, an oil light came on as well (an unrelated problem). Wheego has not apologised or offered any refund. "

No replacement care provided, advised to travel by train and submit costs to wheego. emails send, no reaction sofar, no refund, deposit still held. rang wheego customer service twice. email response promised but not received. Will ask mastercard to recover my payments, unless you can help. I would advise to blacklist this company from your website "

" This was the second time I used your services and I am happy to your part of the rental transaction. I am visiting Frankfurt twice a month and last time I took my car from you as well and all went fine. This Wheego was testing project and it ended not so good so we are not selecting this company anymore. Auto Europe we will use also in the future. "
" When I went to Wheego counter no car was available. I had to wait for the car. When the car finally arrived it was not fully tanked or washed or vacuum cleaned. When I returned my car Wheego claimed that I have caused new damages but no one provided me the protocol of the stand when I got the car, only the new protocol of the damages which were caused by the previous driver. Wheego booked a caution of 250 euro from my accounts but never returned it. I assume that this due to the claim that I caused the damages which I did not do. Normally I photograph the car I am renting but this time I didn't do it as the waiting time was very long and when I went to pick up point there were no one and I had to walk back to counter to inform that still don't have keys. Frustrated about the service in general. I was advised to walk down again then someone handed me the keys but not any protocol of the car. It was clearly my mistake not to check the car thoroughly before accepting it. I only photographed the fuel gage. If Wheego sees that I have to pay the caution of 250 euro then can you send me respective invoice. This is company rental and we need the invoice copy. Can you check this with your partner. "
