" Car pick up location hard to find. Loud music was playing and the guy handing over the car smelled of alcohol. There were multiple issues with the car particularly a cracked windscreen, only a quarter tank of fuel and a bubble on the wall of the front right tyre which we only noticed on arrival at our location. With ten miles of leaving the pick up location, a tyre pressure warning for the front left tyre appeared. The contract was never received despite us correcting our email addresses on their Ipad at the time of pick up. On return, the drop off location was very difficult to find and the staff were very rude and intimidating. I rent cars frequently in multiple countries and this was overal lthe worst expereince I have had. "

" Bad taste put in mouth about new scratch ( not done by me) on an already multiple dented and scratched car "
" Pick up good but at night . Provided with car with multiple dents and scratches which couldn't check properly. Make sure you take plenty of photos as on return was told had scratched front driver underside which I hadn't. I felt like it was a car with multiple dents and scratches which was brought out for late night arrivals who were not taking out their excess insurance! "

" I always use Windycar buy the vehicle we had was in very poor condition and they had a while fleet of available cars. Also we had to stop within 5 minutes to put air in the tyres as they were flat and the fault light was on. "

" There's not much/any after care service once the booking is made and/or the car has been collected. What's stated in your booking confirmation is not always the same as the terms of the Carhire company when you collect the car "
" Not very good. The car was old and battered with existing damage on it. The car was supposed to have been delivered full (according to the booking terms) and then subsequently returned full (which is the fairest way to do it), however, it was delivered empty. Then on drop off they said that the inside of the car was dirty and that they were going to charge to clean it. In 25 years of hiring cars I've never had this before. There was no rubbish or mud on the inside, all that there was was sandy/duty foot marks on the rubber foot mats. "

" Our incoming flight to Trabzon from IST was delayed and I called Windy Car ahead of that to inform them I would be arriving very late. The number I called was picked up by a local staff who indicated that someone would be at the airport as part of the meet and greet. Upon arrival no one was there and I called the same number. The staff picked up but it was 01:30 in the morning but nothing was achieved. I drove by their offices on the way to Yomra to find it was closed. Later that morning at 11 AM I went to their office near the airport to pick up the car only to be told that their systems restarted and that because I had picked up the car the night before the reservation had been cancelled. It took some effort to explain to the staff that my flight was delayed and I had tried to reach the office without any joy. Eventually, they re-activated the reservation and I was able to collect the car. As part of the reservation I had requested a baby seat for our 10 month old, but they had run out even though I had prepaid for it. I had to go another rental place next door and pay extra for the seat which was not rear facing so it was not really ideal for our 10 month old. I had to pay a £50 deposit for the seat which I eventually got back once the car was returned. "

" Car was damaged from back. Car boot keep on falling when opened. Twice it fell on my arms and my Aunty had to go hospital bcoz car boot closed on her hands. We thought her arm was broken. I payed for full tank fuel when I received the car it was empty. I payed for sat nav car didn't have it was the worse car to drive. I want be using this service again I send email demanding the car to be changed. I payed for different car I was given something different. Also they taken 1000 Turkish lira which o haven't received yet. "

" They failed to meet at the airport with a name card as they had marketed on the booking. I had to call many times and still received no answer. In the end i found a worker wearing the windy-car t-shirt serving another customer in the carpark and approached him. On return i had contacted before hand and agreed with the worker that i would drop off the car at 6am. on arrival there was no one there and no way to drop off the car. I waited half an hour before fearing i would miss my flight then i left the car keys in the glove box and went walking to the airport (bearing in mind the windycar office is outside the airport). a few hours later windycar started to pull money from my account several times and i tried to contact them but there was no reply. Until now they have not returned the deposit and they have deducted a substantial amount over several transactions without explaining why. "
