" The staff is friendly and helpful. However, Europcar should employ extra staff at the key times when planes arrive. It must be known exactly how many people will be picking up a hire car. It is unacceptable to keep customers waiting for up to 45 minutes. "

" All very easy and straight forward. However, having mobility issues it would be nice if the car could be nearer the terminal rather over 200 metres away. And so the drop off point could be nearer too. There needs to be question about mobilty issues. "

" I am happy with Auto Europe used them several times. "
" Had to pay extra for winter tyres although they are the safest in Scandinavia in the winter months. There was an alarm going off, something to do with a phone. There wasn't a manual in the car so it took me ages to figure out how to switch it off. I had the car for 20 days, my husband joined me after a week and would have liked to be second driver but he would have to pay for the whole period which seemed a bit unfair. "

" A Mokka was paid for. But I was given a VW Polo (lower class) I was informed the fuel tank was full. It was not and have photo proof I was advised the rear centre seat must not be used and had to sign to accept. "
